What is Mornings with Mommy?
Mornings with Mommy is a fun and easy way for you to enjoy activities with your children and meet other grown-ups!
Each session is a unique blend of story time, playdate, and learning center that combine to meet the developmental needs of young children, ages 0-5.
We begin with stories and songs at Circle Time. Afterward children and their caregivers are invited to explore a variety of learning centers designed to exercise children’s brains and bodies in creative and fun ways.

Cost:
$5 per family per session. You may pay online with your registration to hold your spot, or wait to pay cash or online when you arrive. No-shows may request a refund at info.atonementbaltimore.org or have the amount donated to support our ministry to enrich the lives of young families with community and high-quality learning experiences.
Meet Our Team
Mornings with Mommy at Atonement Lutheran Church is led by Emily Koelpin, a mom of three with a background in elementary education.
Our program is supported by a wonderful team of volunteers from our congregation—many of whom are seasoned moms and grandmas themselves! With a heart for children and years of wisdom to share, our team helps make each morning feel welcoming, safe, and special.

FAQs
Who is Mornings with Mommy for?
Mornings with Mommy is for children ages 0-5 accompanied by a caregiver. This doesn’t have to be Mommy! Dads, grandparents, nannies and more are all welcome.
What will we do at Mornings with Mommy?
Mornings with Mommy will start with Circle Time on the center rug. We will sing songs, read a book and say poems with our puppet board.
Next is Learning Centers. Children and their caregiver can move freely to whatever activity they choose meeting friends all along the way! Learning Centers include the Infant Area, Gross Motor, Fine Motor, Sensory and Art/Mural.
A snack will be served at the end of each session that you can stay to enjoy or take to-go.
Each themed session will follow this structure, but the activities offered in each Center will change with the theme!
How much does Mornings with Mommy cost?
Mornings with Mommy is $5 per family (not per child) per session. The fee covers the cost of crafts, supplies and snacks.
Is registration required?
Yes. Registering ahead of time allows us to prepare enough crafts for each child and plan for any dietary concerns.
